Silver Star Mountain Resort is excited to announce that Guy Paulsen of Vernon, BC as new Nordic Manager. Guy has a long and positive history with Silver Star - the ski industry and is nationally respected as an ambassador for the sport of skiing. Guy has a real passion for teaching the skiing of all kinds.

While already a very active member of the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (CSIA) as a Level IV Examiner, member of two Interski teams, and many industry boards, Guy has increased his level of involvement with the Canadian Association of Nordic Instructors (CANSI) where he holds a Level III certification. He currently acts as a Pacific Committee Member and National Technical Committee Advisor.

“I have always had a deep appreciation of the mountain resort industry and desire to serve in it” says Paulsen. “Contributing towards building a strong and vibrant Nordic business at Silver Star is a great opportunity and I am excited to get started.”
