TELUS Park is guaranteed to keep your teens testing their skills and learning as they go for days on end in a safe and progressive terrain park environment. From there it’s movie night or straight to the private hot tub in your condo, while you enjoy your pre-ordered and delivered grocery service complete with a well deserved glass of wine – Or perhaps our Guest Services team have arranged a babysitter and dinner reservations at the Silver Grill for some ‘mom and dad time’ - After all it’s tough keeping everyone happy… right?

How do I get to Silver Star?

It's so easy to get to Silver Star, located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley, 22 km (12 miles) northeast of Vernon in BC, Canada. See our location map here. If you're driving, click here for maps. What temperatures can we expect? 


Our average temperature is -5 celsius although it can get down to -20 celsius.

What size are the group lessons? 


Our maximum for group lessons is 8, although the average group size is 5.

Is there public Internet access?

You can check your webmail, the stock reports, the forecast, and anything else from the public Internet stations at Bean to Cup Café and the lobby of The Bulldog Hotel. Wi-Fi is also available at The Saloon and Bean to Cup Café.

Where are the ATMs located?

ATM machines are located in the lobby of the Vance Creek Hotel, the lobby the Lord Aberdeen Hotel, the lobby of The Bulldog Hotel, the Town Hall Cafeteria and in The Saloon.

We are traveling a long distance, can we hire ski clothes instead of bringing ours?

Regular Nordic day tickets and Nordic season passes do NOT include any free upgrades.Passes are non-transferrable and non-refundable (without the purchase of optional insurance with the refundable pass option). Season passes must be paid in full before using facilities
