Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions (FAQs)
 

Are locker rentals available on a weekly basis?

There are no weekly locker rentals, but in the Brown Bag lunch room in the lower Town Hall building, there are small coin operated lockers for day use. We do have seasonal lockers available from the Season Pass office.

Is there public Internet access?

You're here to get away but it's still easy to stay in-touch. Many accommodations offer wireless to lodging guests. Free public WiFi is available at The Saloon, the Town Hall and at Out of Bounds Café. Public internet stations are located at the Out of Bounds Café.

Is there somewhere in the village I can sit and eat my packed lunch?

Yes there is! Downstairs in the Administration Building there is the brown bag Room. There are tables, chairs, microwaves and a TV!

The airline lost my luggage… Do you have any ski wear for rent?

For sure! Ski jackets and ski pants are available for rent at Ski Dazzle Retail Shop. There are sizes for kids right up to adults.

What if I lose my season pass?

Try your best to avoid losing your season pass! If you do, report it immediately to our ticket sales staff. We will replace your lost or stolen pass for a $25.00 administration fee.
If you forget your season pass, a single day replacement ticket will be issued once per season, per passholder.

What's there to do in the summer at Silver Star?

Silver Star Mountain Resort has a long history of being a place to play under the summer sun. Mountain biking, hiking, scenic chairlift rides, guided nature tours and breathtaking scenery to name a few. Visit our Summer Activities section for full information.

Where are the ATMs located?

ATM machines are located in the lobby of the Vance Creek Hotel, the lobby the Lord Aberdeen Hotel, the lobby of The Bulldog Hotel, the Town Hall Cafeteria and in The Saloon.

Where are the closest washrooms?

The closest public washroom facilities in the village are located below the Town Hall. There are also washrooms located at most hotels, restaurants and at Tube Town Adventure Park.

Where can I buy a phone card?

Phone cards may be purchased from the Lord Aberdeen Market or the Samesun Hostel.

Where can I buy lift tickets aside from the village ticket office?

Lift tickets may also be purchased from the Guest Services Info Desk located in the Snowsport School, Tube Town tciket office or at the base of the Comet Express (hours may vary).

Where can I exchange foreign currency?

Reception at the Administration Building would be happy to exchange your currency for you.

Where can I send my postcards?

Postcards and letters may be mailed from the Administration office but proper postage must be affixed.

Where can we get a detailed map of the village that is big enough to read?

Detailed maps of the village can be found on the back side of the trail maps located in brochure racks around the resort, Ticket Office, Guest Services Information Desk, hotel lobbies, various retail shops and on the reverse side of the large trail map in the centre of the village.

Where do I buy stamps?

Stamps may be purchased from the Lord Aberdeen Market.

Where is Administration?

Administration is located above Ski Dazzle Rental Shop. The office hours are daily, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Where is Lost and Found located?

Lost and Found is located in the Administration Office. Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm seven days per week. Contact number is: 250-558-6011.
