Our Auditorium is ideal for everything from a corporate meeting to a movie night and comes complete with audiovisual equipment, large dropdown screen, LCV video projector, PA system, podium, wireless internet and flip chart. please note we work closely with local suppliers to provide complete bespoke corporate set up to suit your individual needs. Refreshments may be served in the meeting space or in one of our resort food and beverage outlet.

The largest event venue on the mountain

The Chilcoot Conference Centre at Vance Creek Hotel is the ideal site for meetings, conferences, team building, banquets, retreats, reunions, Christmas parties or weddings. We provide one-stop shopping for meeting space, accommodation, catering and seasonal recreation activities.

The large ballroom can be separated into three separate workshop areas, plus the Citadel Room is available to meet breakout requirements. The Citadel Room is also available for board meetings or round table discussions. The Chilcoot Lobby with its 18’ ceilings is ideal for coffee breaks, luncheons and pre-function receptions.
