For you and your guests' enjoyment and protection, we have a few wedding guidelines to help you to get the most out of your special day.

1. We have chosen our dedicated winter wedding location very carefully, giving you and your guests the best possible mountain views along with ease of access from our village. To secure a reservation exclusively for your special day we simply ask for a 50% deposit of the grooming fee ($150 plus HST) and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The rental of the meadow is only available during our winter season, which runs from last week in November to the first weekend in April and is weather dependent.

2. The wedding meadow is located in the top west corner of our parking lot E. The parking lot is used for overflow parking during peak times and can be used during some weekends of the year. Therefore we cannot guarantee that there will not be members of the general public parking in the vicinity of your ceremony. We will cone off an area of the parking lot directly in front of the meadow to accommodate your estimated number of guest vehicles. We regret we cannot stop members of the public spectating from a far!

3. Throughout the winter there will be outdoor equipment operating on the Resort. We have chosen the wedding location carefully to minimize the impact of any noise on your wedding proceedings but silence cannot be guaranteed.

4. The wedding meadow is a totally snowbound area of our resort therefore all guests must be made aware that appropriate foot wear should be worn as well as warm outer clothing.

5. We regret that we are unable to supply any chairs for the ceremony.

6. There are no public facilities located at the wedding location and the nearest washrooms or sources of power are located at our Tube Town Adventure Park—at least a 15 minute walk away.

7. You are free to decorate our wedding meadow to suit your own tastes and wedding themes. We simply ask that all decorations are cleaned up on the day of the wedding.

8. As we are an environmentally-friendly Resort we ask that your guests throw bird seed or real rose petals instead of paper confetti or fabric petals.

9. While we do not provide a Justice of the Peace to preside over your ceremony, you are most welcome to bring your own wedding official.

Wild Horseman's Cabin

Join us on a sleigh ride to our cozy Wild Horseman's Cabin where you will be treated to a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a delicious meal fit for a king.

Our Wild Horseman's Cabin is located approximately 20 minute from the heart of the village via a traditional horse drawn sleigh ride. This rustic venue is set amongst stunning views of the Okanagan valley making for your perfect intimate wedding reception location.

Once at the cozy cabin you'll be treated to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your guests can enjoy a hot chocolate or a delicious buffet dinner before returning to the village.

Seating Capacity: Maximum of 40 guests
Transport: 20 guests may be transported by sleigh at any one time

Silver Grill Steak & Chop House

This intimate restaurant offers an exclusive fine dining experience to remember, with its crisp white table linen, comfortable leather chairs and unrivalled views of the Monashee Mountain range you can celebrate in true style.

Our chef's versatility in the kitchen lends itself perfectly to tailor made wedding catering - after all this is your special day so enjoy your favorites. Our executive chef has a unique appreciation for local Okanagan produce and will use this to help you create your dream menu – Of course sample menus may be provided for inspiration. Add the most extensive wine list on the mountain and you can't go wrong. Treat this space as your own and decorate as you wish to compliment your wedding day.

The warm and cozy atmosphere of The Den offers a unique reception experience to enjoy in comfort with an open fireplace, permanent stage and rustic elegance. Our executive chef will create your dream meal whether it is a unique finger buffet to a full banquet style dining experience.

Location: lower level of Town Hall, on the backside of Main St.
Seating Capacity: 70 to 100 guests for less formal finger food gatherings 60 guests for seated dinner

** A special discount of 20% is applicable for the wedding couples’ accommodation when booked in conjunction with their mountain ceremony reservation, and when booked through the Groups Department.
*** A discount of 15% is applicable for the wedding guests accommodation when booked through the Groups Department. Guests must advise which wedding they are attending when making a reservation in order to receive the applicable discount.
